VisualBee masters your content and selects appropriate graphics to enrich your PowerPoint™ presentation from the extensive VisualBee design bank or your own library.

GUIDE VISUALBEE

Once downloaded, the archive will consist of 2 parts : VisualBee and Visual Studio Tools 3.0. First, you should install Visual Studio Tools 3.0 , then install VisualBee.
First you enable File - Options - Customize Ribbon and then select the check box Developer.

Back to the main interface of Powerpoint, you will see additional display Developer tab, click COM Add-ons and check the add-in VisualBeeClient, finally click OK to load the add-on program is up, then you can start normal operation.

 
After successful installation, the program will automatically open Powerpoint VisualBee, you do not use the main program. At the same time, the additional window will require you to enter your Full name, E-mail and click Send, to receive your serial nummber and enter it into the box below, then click OK, the program will automatically download the template and add some more updated database. This will help you register to use the free program, after you complete reboot you can start using Powerpoint.

When you open your Powerpoint it will display a new card called VisualBee

First you click the Enhance Presentation to choose free samples that the program has been made?? available by categories such as: Business (Business), Finance (Finance), education (Education), Technology (technology), arts (artistic), sport (sport) and travel (travel) ...

After you select the template, the program will automatically download it, you just download the note with the word Free samples below, will be removed once registered.

Enhance Slide out interface that allows you to add images from the Image Section - Select from Disk, or the server can search from Fotolia (Image - Select from the gallery), you enter a keyword and press Enter to start search, if you select the template to fit it and click OK to download the program and application on your presentation slides. Alternatively you can change the layout by selecting the Layout section - change layout. If this template is too boring you click on the New Template and choose a template from the gallery's program, if you made a mistake, you can click Undo to restore.

Then click Save to save Presentation templates for your presentations, and you can start adding content, transition effects ... in all the presentations. Similarly you can also do so for the next next Slide. And this is the result after testing VisualBee.
